Annual Report

We've set the stage for a big year by dedicating time and energy to key policy issues and by continuing to expand our reach and build relationships with partners, policymakers, and the public. 

In 2019, we also made significant steps forward in our decision to focus on equity, bringing diverse voices and perspectives into our policy work and using data to illuminate problems and make a case for an inclusive, thriving workforce.

The 2019 annual report, "Perseverance", reflects the reality that policy change is a marathon, not a sprint.
